yesterday it is a nice day.
i couldn't say it is action packed but it is definitely blessed and nice.
went suntan-ing with ela min lay and wang! AND ME AND WANG TOOK OFF OUR SHIRT OK. FOR wang it is still ok. BUT FOR ME TO DO IT. IT TAKES A WHOLE LOT MORE COURAGE!

then we like lying downthere motionlessly, wang and i was just like listening to what the girls are chatting about. stuff like 1 teaspoon of sperm is 1 calories. very amusing~ then wang is also funny. the ground is kinda hot. then when he suntan, he rise his arm to a akward position! hahaha!! then sy came then play ball! it is fun watching ela and lay play. HAHAHA.

then went bathing and 'OYSTER' CAME INTO THE PICTURE. wooooOooo. haha. sweet huh. i think min took some nice nice photo!

then went dinner at thai express at cityhall. janice, yu kai, clair and liying joined us. food is nice~ then went to esplande and chill~THEN CAKE!! Hehe! sry clair about tat incident ya. UCLER PAIN! then took pictures which i dud have them now.

conclusion. a sheer blessed, fun and laughter filled 18th celebration.

specifcally the dinner.

i kinda had a mixture of feelings tonight.
firstly everybody made effort to come!! sinyin was like dozin off then rb and jan all like dying! hahaha. but yay! we all were there ya. very happy to see the old folks again! nv get tired of them.

then ok finding the place!! it is kinda tough. but we got there finally. i kinda like the prata there but JAN SAY IS TASTE LIKE THE ONE NEAR HER SCH. CMON. JALAN KAYU GREAT STUFF OK!!! haha. ok. i wanna try the prata house some time.
i was like sitting with lun & shux, min & lao dao(jun kai la)
weird ok! REAL WEIRD. cmon. i feels like a LIGHT BULB SOMEHOW.

ok i kinda forgot wat happended in my life! so i guess i will talk about stuff that happen recently.

WEDNESDAY! LAND TRAINING!! running as usually. tough. pullup sucks. AND I LOST TO A GIRL WHEN IT COMES TO RUNNING. KAO! BUT!! SHE GAVE UP IN THE END. kinda tough to spell things out here. but still I LOST. damn it. nvm~

THURSDAY-FRIDAY! NIGHT CYCLING DAY!! cycle for like 11hours. woohoo. shuai. AND I INJURE MYSELF FROM YESTERDAY TRAINING! OMG. MY BUTT!! I GUESS WHEN WE DO SITUPS I KINDA BREAK SKIN. AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!! haha! we cycled from..east coast to sighting seeing G*Y at changi! then from there to the real stuff in geylanG~then to A PLACE I HAVEN BEEN TO! THE SINGAPORE FLYER! LOTS HAPPENED! SUPER FUN. MOST OF ALL! JIAN FEI!

i would say the class is really fun to be with!!

pageant day is basically whole day at the con centre there. cold. but ok la. lots of cheering! then know alot of facil there! damn nice people. how we help each other out when we barely know each other. somehow we were be able to work. i like tat. thought our group didn;t win. or should i say not even the first round. lol. erm. but they have fun!

then 3rd day!
spice training and stuff damn sian. and we facil still need to come. to pass them tins and tees. then after tat a group tat is more steady! follow me on this little tour thingy. then we went to moberly to play pool. then have lunch at fc3. talk chat~ oh ya. they all damn open de. damn dirty horny. even the girls man!! omg. but hahaha fun lovin!

flag day! suppose to be at tiong bahru but we went to tanjiong instead. class decision. then ok. some were late. but still we had fun i guess. conclusion for donations, some ang moh give tips quite genarously(damn how to spell) but they dud give donation much. as in i got rejected by ang moh so many times. only few gave and r all cents. ok nvm. but my class got total of 1.3k++ leh! damn shuai right! all damn high! last yr i rmb collectin only 16+ for myself. but this yr i collected 44+ leH! woohoo! then after flag day! those on one went for the party with me! YAY~ but the fact is the party kinda sucks. haha. we stay till 7.30 then left. if clubbin is like tat. then i really prefer gamin. went to changyi for dinner! lol. crazy people. to have sakae sushi. then head home after tat.

i really like being with all of them. haha. ok back now. i kinda nervous because i dud know how would my classmate be like. although some are the same.

these few days, i keep goin out, no gaming, it feels kinda great. hahaha. happy to be out. no zai-ing at home. i want to keep this up. as in being more high. lol. enthu. less game~

i'm suppose to be sleeping but i kinda rmb that i had not been bloggin!!
ok here's the update.
i got a joB! airport guide at changyi! the job is actually kinda fun when you get to meet all sorts of passengers! i saw lots of backpackers! but all of them are ang moh. i talked about it with colleague then they say asian all stay hotel de. haha. ok. somehow it feels kinda cool. then next first thing to learn is!!! to know when to slack!! haha! i was like on my 3rd day. they started teachin how to slack abit. sharing a very important info! the malay uncle!!! he rocks. he will drive from dud noe where at about wat time at which terminal. hahaha! sell food to us! omg. he rocks. food taste great! or we r all simply too hungry.

Then is the boring, if suay suay kena arrival hall. damn sian de. not much people come find you. then u have to stand for like 6 hours! cmon man. boring can!! then PLus! there is lots of stuff to rmb. i rmb one ang moh came and ask me, i'm kinda hungry. where can i get pizza? i was like. erm..i go chekc for you. lol. i was at t1. then i went all the way up to the restaurant floor to check if there is any pizzas. apparently there isn;t any. haha. is like they will say u all sort of questions. haha. overall not too bad. as long as u know how to rest abit and stuff. airport toilet is a nixce place to rest for like 5-10mins. hahaa!

ok. next! i wanna say sry to S. sam. i couldn;t find anytime to go joggin! so sry!!!

then today, is my off day!! yay! did some sch stuff. bad stuff happen but forget about it. then ya. went out to have dinner with mom and bao. dad dud noe went somewhere i guess. the food was nice. then ya. tomoro! fop meetin. whole day gone! my off day too. so sat and sun i'll be workin. then fop starts, and i will have work on the firday and last day of work, saturday. 4more days to go.

then i manage to kept my weight constant. but still argh. i didn;t get to 70. bad bad bad. BUT AT LEAST i get to read a book! although i kinda forgot what the detail. liying said, after readin a book, you must be able to tell the story. then tats reading. but you know, technically i manage to finish a book, not too thick, not too thin either, and also NOT PICTURES. so yaY!

OK! IT HAS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I BLOGGED!

firstly, i got a joB!!! as airport guide but the job is not those daily de. but still i think it kinda fun. interacting with different people. not too bad. i am serously considering about CYA.

sencondly! I WENT TO CHURCH WITH CVN and ONG! ok. its kinda cool. really. there is singing. *i totally didn;t know about tat part.* then the people there are very nice! ong performed tat day. does it counts? hmm i guess so. the food is nice. ong mom is very funny! the 'pig oil' !! haha! but it is really, damn nice. the pig oil damn nice. then the cook need more practise then maybe blacker abit ah. can open store sell this le. then ya prayer. i dud noe how to say but haha. but its kinda fun. then time flies. it kinda late le. 10+! then all went home! ong has transport, cvn have to figure his way to mrt. haha. i took the bus. 145. THEN finally i reached home. i nv bring keys cus bao say he will not sleep so early and he would help me open door. i called him. he came! open the gate. then he pass me the keys and he lock the wooden door. HE THOUGH ONE OF THE KEYS IS FOR THE DOOR. BUT NOT!@ tat ass. then i tried callin him. damn bu shuang. he nv pick up call. wa kao. i was like stuck there, i'm in the house but kinda stuck. the corridoor tat part. argh!! then i decided to call bai for help! he said he not home! I know why i gain so much weight the last time i had o level. i will munch and munch. i keep eating! and when i have so much energy to burn. i cannot focus! everything don;t really seems to work out right now. but argh. i guess i'm working hard. just 2 more week for a great 2month holiday.

It is midnight now. I took a nap in the evening so i can;t sleep right now. projects are roughly all settle. So i am kinda less stress up. exam and test to come.

There is definitely a different in my blog compared to others. Somehow they are just capable of using the same language and makes things alot more interesting. I tried, but i just couldn;t make it.
When i was a kid, my english suck, although it still is but at least i believe there are improvement. I tried reading books, but simply none interest me. So in this new year,in the coming holiday, i'm going read a book. BOOK! promise. any reccommendation? Not too tedious i hope.

I guess i start off well today.

Things has been tight. projects and school with tons of past year paper not done, not good. But compared to others i'm still better off. I still get a least a 6 hour of sleep. Oh ya. Mom gave me a organization for 2008! and i have started using it! because jan will be a very busy month. so " you fail to plan, you plan to fail ".

Today it was still managable, fom with pacc lecture. Feeling alright here, but my back ache are back. I injured it once and occasionally it just hurts. These few days simply hurts quite abit.

Oh Ya!!! An incident happened today. It was after school and i had something on in the later afternoon. So i had a couple of hour to spare, and i went to the library to take a look at the newspaper. the library was packed. But there was one particular seat not occupy. I take a look, and it wasn;t not dirty, nothing weird, and i took the place. Then after about 5minutes, i starts to realise why the seat was empty. The girl sitting next to me. Scary. No joke. I can't believe Sp has a student who has a problem up there. She was doing her homework quietly and i could care less *not hot* That's not the point. She suddenly went into trance or some sort and become weird. And ask me stuff, Why i'm here? What i doing here? You know what i want to do? Where am i? AT first i thought she was trying to friendly or funny, not too sure what i was thinking. Then she keep on asking and bothering me. argh. There i am trying hard to read the news paper cause at home i lie down on the floor or bed to read and the paper is so near me. All i remember was that i was saying to myself.*curses. suay! bloodly hell. No wonder nobody wants this seat.* Then finally i had enough, and pack my stuff and go. But somehting sudden pops into my mind, a terrible thing, i was afraid that what if she decides follow me around. omg That would be a disaster. Lucky it didn;t happen. PHEW!

Tomoro will be a long day. i'm going to fix my back once and for all i hope, and tons of task to be complete as well.

hahah! the blog almost die. ok i'm lazy + busy. OK highlight of the week!

monday was kai wei bdae!! went to mindscafe to play! happy bdae!! had a great time playing! the bone thing and monkey!! hahaha.

tuesday. ADR CAME BACK!! we meet up at orchard for 2 times! damn fun. first time with alot of people! we chat and chat. awww. feels great to have u back. u bloody piece of shit~~roar. the 2nd time was with ruby!! 3 of us went to cathay or cini. not too sure which is which.

thurs. then...adr went back again. oh ya! he gave me this boomerang. damn shuai i love it thank you!! new toy man. hahaha.

haha. i am deprive from gaming. i guess it is not as important. ok. it is like work and work. that is because. holiday is coming. then in the 2 two need to do cd project. NOT FORGET FRONTPAGE PROJECT. after holiday 2weeks. THE BLOODY BIG EXAM. omg damn scare. tons to memorize. example. FOM.

then DBA student are to choose the the option. i really think it through thoroughly. i decided to place retail as the firs option. retail. first thing tat comes to mind is salesman. but i believe there is more then that. anyway i want to go for university. so. if i really dud wan retail at that point of time, i can always choose other alternatives like marketing.

TOKYO (AFP) - Generations have praised the wisdom of getting up early in the morning, but a Japanese study says early-risers are actually at a higher risk of developing heart problems.
The study, conducted by researchers from several universities and hospitals in the western Japanese city of Kyoto, revealed a link between wake-up times and a person's cardiovascular condition.
"Rising early to go to work or exercise might not be beneficial to health, but rather a risk for vascular diseases," said an abstract of the study.
The study, covering 3,017 healthy adults aged between 23 through 90, found that early risers had a greater risk of heart conditions including hypertension and of having strokes.
However, the study also noted that early risers were usually older.
The study is being presented this week at the World Congress of the World Federation of Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine Societies, being held in Cairns, Australia.
A separate study released in June by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that chronic sleep deprivation adds stress to the heart, putting a person at greater risk of cardiovascular disease and death.

busy week. BUT! after this week it will be fine. AND OF COUrsE I WILL REWARD MYSELF. the ideas is really tiring. but still ok la. i feel bad actually. lola doin a lot then four of us just tryin and tryin to do the a1 panel thing. but tat one also do to not bad le ya. i guess lola have the language ba. pat also very hardworkin. hmmm. ok la. next week formal wear. sure must take pic. dud noe y some people say bring shirt then in sch then change. cMON. wear from home. then when take mrt u like one of the workin force man. shuai la. standin beside those people. omg. shuai la. hahaha!!!
